come and visit me – goings on in my new interweb home

Hello, friends! I wanted to update you on what I have going on over on my new home –

I am incredibly excited to lead a (free!) workshop at the Village Branch of the Lexington Public Library on April 11. We will be discussing creating an epic adventure within your life as it is in response to Wild by Cheryl Strayed. It is free, but you must register here. I’d love to see you if you’re local! And, if you aren’t? No worries. I’ll be working up a video series that will go out to my newsletter subscribers sometime mid-April. Are you on my newsletter? No? Just sign up here – right under the header in that box that is just crying out for your email address!

The Spring Sessions are OPEN! For a $39 investment, you will receive an abbreviated 10-day coaching experience with me. An opening session (skype, phone call, facetime, devoted text messaging), 3 text message conversations, and a closing session. This is a great opportunity to feel me out without any sort of commitment. You set the pace and the topic we work on. This type of work is really where I shine. And you can too. Click here for more information and to register.

I blogged about the surprising reaction I had to breaking out my summer shoes

And a little about my mixed feelings about not being a runner
